When you run a refrigeration system, you often to see this phenomenno.

What’s wrong for it?
Because this room is below 0’C, evaporating temperature is lower than iced point, that is why it will be iced, so we design the hot gas defrost, electrical heater defrost, and water defrost, it runs in a regular time, to do defrost, then it can keep the high efficiency for refrigeration evaporators, to run this freezer rooms.
So if there is this problem, we need to:
- Check the defrost, are they OK or broken, if broken, replace new one and repair them.
- if defrost is well, adjust the defrost time and cycle times, enlarge defrost time each time, and check them when defrost, whether it defrosts well each time.
- door open often, so much wet water vapor enter into freezer room, we need to design air curtain or PVC curtain , to do isolated。
- Expansion valve or its opening is too large, adjust it…. and do you know some more reason?
